Mallett math

From what I can remember reading in Battle Red Blog, the cost of Mallett being either a conditional 2016 7th round or 6th round draft pick depends on whether Mallett plays over/under 40% (of the total games?) If this is true, and the Front Office is really counting their pennies, then a little math reveals when we might first realistically (financial-wise) see Mallett on the playing field. 16 games multiplied by 40% equals 6.4 games. 16 games minus 6.4 equals 9.6 games.

IF, and this is a large IF, this formula is followed, perhaps we can expect to see Mallett's debut in the second half of the Cleveland Browns game. You read it here first, wrong or right!
