Houston Texans Sign Zac Diles: Cost-Effective Deja Vu

Zac Diles is back with the Texans I wish they made a long-lasting topical cream that would prevent such flare-ups.

In a move that could only be explained if we were to find out that Rick Smith had developed a massive peyote habit and/or lost a bet to a man with the same first name as a city, your Houston Texans have waived Elbert Mack and brought back Zac Diles.

You may remember Zac Diles from such well-worn phrases as, "He's an incredibly cost-effective player!" and "I mean, the rules say we have to have 11 players out there, so he technically does fill a need, right?"  Or you might just remember him from the long line of Texans linebackers who had no lateral mobility whatsoever and couldn't cover a TE to save their lives.

I, for one, am not going to let this flashback to the halcyon days of 2010 go to waste.  Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to download a copy of Hemingway's Whisky, turn on "The Hurt Locker," and ponder how long a show like "S%#T My Dad Says" will make it on network television.
