It's not a playoff game. It's not a divisional game. It's not even a conference game. But it's a game pitting the NFL's two Texas teams against one another, and it only happens once every four years. It's Texans versus Cowboys. It's Houston versus Dallas. The fact that both teams are 3-1 only sweetens the pot.
