Arian Foster Injury Update: Foster Returns To Practice, Considered "Day-To-Day"

New, comments

Alfred Blue did a tremendous job against the Browns last Sunday, but Arian Foster is one of a kind. Here's the latest on Foster's prospects for returning to the field when the Texans host the Bengals this week.

It would be nice to see this on Sunday, wouldn't it?

Alfred Blue was very impressive in the Texans' win over the Browns, so it says quite a bit that we still long for Arian Foster after Blue's 36 carry, 156 yard performance. Foster, of course, missed the Browns game with a groin injury he suffered against the Eagles before the bye week.

Bill O'Brien, as is his custom, says his star running back is day-to-day, but Foster did return to the practice field yesterday, albeit in a limited capacity. You can watch Foster doing a bit of running and cutting here, with the added benefit of seeing J.J. Watt practicing for his return engagement against Andy Dalton.

Do you expect Arian Foster to play against the Bengals on Sunday? Or do you think Alfred Blue will be the Texans' featured back for the second week in a row?
