Houston Texans Injuries: Andre Johnson Passes NFL's Concussion Protocol, Ready To Play Against Ravens

All phases of the concussion protocol have been passed, and the Texans will welcome Andre Johnson back to the field on Sunday against the Ravens.

Phil Sears-USA TODAY Sports

It pays to study, kids. Andre Johnson has aced all tge tests given to him after suffering a concussion against the Jacksonville Jaguars and is ready to go against the Baltimore Ravens.

That means whoever the Texans decide as their starting QB this Sunday will have a future Hall of Famer (hopefully) to underthrow. Andre seems to to hope it's Case Keenum over Thaddeus Lewis.

For the year, Andre has 69 catches, 737 yards and two touchdowns. DeVier Posey played in relief of Andre against the Colts last week and caught just one pass for 30 yards.

Welcome back, you big lug.
