If the Cardinals (11-3) win tonight, they clinch the NFC West and home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs. Similar to the Houston Texans, they have lost quarterbacks late in the year and are down to their third-string signal caller in Drew Stanton. That's a real shame, since it may mean an early exit from the playoffs for Arizona in a season when the Super Bowl will be played at their home-field location this coming February.
The defending champion Seahawks (10-4) are looking for a win tonight in their quest to return to the playoffs. Seattle is projected as the 5th-seed coming into this weekend. They have had a good season, but it has been far from perfect in more than a few games. They have lost to the Chargers (30-21), Cowboys (30-23), Rams (28-26), and Chiefs (24-20).
