(Wobbling Flashback Noises) The date is December 3, 2013. Gary Kubiak walks into Bob McNair's office.
"Bob, you wanted to see me?", said the Texans head coach. "Yes, I did. Gary, I think it's time we went in another direction", remarked the Texans' owner. "The team isn't up to my standards and I hope you understand." "Thank you for the chance to coach the team. Best of luck," grumbled Kubiak as he walked out the door.
With that, Gary Kubiak was no longer a head coach in the National Football League. He wandered the desert, looking for a new meaning in life. At that moment, a large raven landed on his shoulder. "Baltimore", the bird crowed. Kubiak's mind was aflutter. He remembered there aare lways jobs in the NFL for former head coaches, and Baltimore was always looking for an offensive coordinator to make Joe Flacco "elite".
So the former Texans coach headed to Baltimore to join the Ravens, but Kubiak wasn't alone. He brought a coalition of the willing. He brought trusty backup running back Justin Forsett and sure-handed tight end Owen Daniels. When they arrived in Baltimore, they found another former Texan, Jacoby Jones. Kubiak's pride surged with his weapons around him. He circled December 21st on his calendar, and said, "You tell 'em I'M coming... and Hell's coming with me, you hear?"
Capt. Ron:
C.J. Mosley is the X-factor. He will ruin Keenum's day.
Tim:
Case Keenum. I don't feel like I need to elaborate beyond that.
