2014 Houston Texans Free Agents: Which Former Texan Will You Miss The Most?

Another free agency period is almost over, and the Houston Texans have suffered another exodus of personnel. Which loss hurts your derriere the greatest?

Light the corners of my mind
Misty watercolor memories
Of the way we were

Of the smiles we left behind
Smiles we gave to one another
For the way we were

With yesterday's signings of Owen Daniels to the loathsome Baltimore Ravens and Danieal Manning to the Cincinnati Bengals, we can pretty much close the book on this year's Free Agency period and now take the time to reflect on what's happened. We've lost quite a few players, but this shouldn't have come as a suprise given the team's dismal 2013 record and current cap situation.

Still, there's no reason we can't reminisce about the ones (the beloved ones, anyway) that left us. Is it Daniels, Manning or perhaps Antonio Smith that tugged on your heart strings a little harder than normal? Matt Schaub? Ben Tate?

It's hard to decide who I'll miss the most, but there's no doubt who had the most charisma.

Antonio Smith was a character on and off the field, had one of the better sack celebrations in the league, and gave some of the funnier post-game interviews. Sure, he was a little hot-headed at times-- drawing the occasional personal foul penalty, swinging the occasional helmet, and fighting with the occasional teammate-- but no one would ever question his effort nor his talent.

One of my favorite Antonio moments is enshrined below:

So Smith's got my vote, and I'll definitely be following his season with the Oakland Raiders. Curious to hear your thoughts, naturally. Have at it in the Commets and vote in the poll below.
