Mike Mayock talked about it in his conference call last week, and now he's joined by Houston's own Lance Zierlein:
I said Teddy Bridgewater wouldn’t fall out of the 1st round. The more I gather info, the more I believe I will be wrong. Sorry Teddy fans.

People who act like pro days don’t matter for QBs, you are wrong. However, teams cool on Bridgewater for tape & build, not just pro day

And I have no agenda. Ever. At this time, all I try to do is tell you where I think guys will go. I have Bridgewater as the #2 QB in 2014

While I still cannot fathom the first round ending without Teddy Bridgewater being the selection for some team, people much smarter and more connected than me believe it's going to happen. My question, Texans fans, is this: Assuming the Texans do not take a QB in the first round, would you have any hesitation about the team selecting Bridgewater with the first pick of the second round (No. 33 overall) if he's available?
