Saturday Night's Alright For Commenting: BRB Open Thread (8/2/14)

Howdy, y'all.

Since many of you enjoyed the Radiohead video I posted last S.N.O.T., I'll post another nostalgia video from the days when we still watched music videos. This is one of my favorites.

Did you catch the sequel to Sharknado this week? It's appropriately titled Sharknado 2: The Second One. I have yet to indulge myself in viewing either one but my friends won't shut up about them, so I'll probably do it tomorrow. The sequel aired last Thursday on SyFy and garnered almost 4 million viewers, beating out everything else on TV for the night. You can bet a third one is already in the pipeline.

The Hall of Fame enshrinement is tonight for the 2014 class. Any childhood (or adulthood) favorites? I wrote about Andre Johnson's Hall of Fame chances last year, and now's a good a time as any to talk about it again. How much more production does he need? Keep in mind the wide receivers who are still waiting for their call from Canton.
