Only Bill O'Brien and his staff truly know how many roster spots are up for grabs tonight. Of the 75 players still on the roster, at least 22 will be looking for work no later than 3 p.m. CDT on Saturday. What happens tonight at NRG Stadium against the 49ers is only one piece of the roster puzzle, but make no mistake: This fourth preseason game matters.
