Open Game Day Thread: Houston Texans v. Arizona Cardinals

The Houston Texans finally play their first game, albeit an exhibition, of the Bill O'Brien Era in Arizona this evening. Talk about what's happening on the field as it transpires in Battle Red Blog's live open game thread for Texans-Cardinals tonight.

It's OB's time now.

We haven't watched our Houston Texans play a football game of any kind since December 29, 2013. That was approximately seven and a half months ago.

So much has changed since then. Bill O'Brien was hired. Matt Schaub was traded. Owen Daniels was released. Antonio Smith signed with Oakland. Although a few notable players remain, make no mistake: The Gary Kubiak Era in Houston is in the rearview mirror.

Tonight, the Bill O'Brien Era officially begins in earnest.

This is your first open thread for Texans-Cardinals. Feels good, don't it?
