For the second week in a row, it appears Texans fans will have to wait until inactives are announced ninety minutes before kickoff to learn if Arian Foster will be playing. Bill O'Brien categorized Foster as day-to-day earlier this week, and the latest word out of NRG Park is that no decision will be made on Foster's availability for Sunday's game against the Bills until gameday:

"I would say so," O'Brien said. "Yeah, I wouldn’t say we’d have that decided like tonight."

Foster isn't the only Texan of import facing a game-time decision about availability after suffering an injury.  All-Universe punter Shane Lechler is in the same boat, though the fifteen year veteran says he's on the road to recovery:

"I’m feeling better, doing mostly what I can to do better," Lechler said.

If Lechler can't play on Sunday, the Texans have already announced that they'll elevate Chris Boswell from the practice squad to handle punting duties against the Bills.
