Happy New Year From Battle Red Blog

2014 was a heckuva lot better than 2013 was for Houston Texans fans. Battle Red Blog wishes you an even better 2015.

This time last year, the Houston Texans and Bill O'Brien had just agreed that O'Brien would head to Houston to become the third (non-interim) head coach in franchise history.

As a new year begins today, things are considerably more settled at Reliant NRG Park. Sure, questions remain, but things look exponentially brighter at 9-7 than they did at 2-14. Considering where we were a year ago, 2014 was pretty good for Texans fans.

From all of us here at Battle Red Blog, we wish every last one of you and yours a happy and prosperous new year. Here's to a 2015 that makes 2014 look like 2013.
