There's still a lot of season left and things can change on a dime. Here's what the AFC Playoffs would look like if the regular season ended today.

With tomorrow being December 1st, I reckon it's late enough in the season to start examining playoff projections. While your 6-5 Houston Texans are by no means guaranteed a place at the postseason table, they would have one of the two wild card berths in the AFC if the season ended today.

As we did before the Texans' game against the Saints, we'll have another rooting guide later in the week. Until then, continue to dream about Houston's return to the NFL playoffs and take comfort in the fact that it's not the peyote-induced hallucination it would have a month ago.
