New Orleans Saints Sign Former Texans Linebacker Mike Mohamed

The Saints just signed one of the best coverage linebackers in the NFL out from under Houston’s nose. Wonderful.

I wish I could accurately describe my anger when Rick Smith lets one of the best young players on this team go for absolutely no reason. I wish that Texans fans did not have to put up with incompetency within the highest levels of management of their favorite football team. I wish there was something – anything­ – that could be done to make this series of events even remotely okay…but there isn’t. New Orleans just got a good football player for nothing, and all Houston gets is the opportunity to go against him for themselves on November 29^th when the Saints come marching into town.
