The Texans are off this week, but that's no reason to stop playing fantasy football. Here are this week's suggestions:

Week 9 Lineups
Brett Cost Ryan Cost
QB Derek Carr $7,000 Jay Cutler $7,100
RB 1 Mark Ingram $7,700 Todd Gurley $9,000
RB 2 Jeremy Langford $6,400 Ronnie Hillman $6,400
WR 1 Amari Cooper $7,300 Julio Jones $9,200
WR 2 Stevie Johnson $5,400 Jarvis Landry $7,000
WR 3 Martavis Bryant $6,900 Malcom Floyd $6,100
TE Rob Gronkowski $8,500 Benjamin Watson $5,700
K Stephen Gostkowski $5,200 Robbie Gould $4,600
DEF Falcons $4,900 Falcons $4,900

Brett:

Amari Cooper is the real deal, and so is Derek Carr. I expect both of them to team up to dominate an underwhelming Steelers secondary this weekend. As for my other receivers, I think Martavis Bryant can also benefit from that very same (expected) shootout, while Stevie Johnson should soak up a ton of targets now that Keenan Allen is on IR.

At running back, Mark Ingram and Jeremy Langford should both see a lot of every-down work for their respective teams this week, and both of them are first in line for goal line carries. Speaking of goal line work, no other tight end in the league gets as many opportunities to score as Gronk, so I'll roll with him.

For kicker, I will double down on the Patriots with Stephen Gostkowski, and with my defense I'm planning on Atlanta sacking the hell out of Blaine Gabbert in San Francisco.

Ryan:

My DFS strategy this season has been to go big and hope for the best at other positions. This week I've picked up the most expensive wide receiver and running back. Jones and Gurley have been tough to stop each week.

Hillman and the Broncos have seen an uptick in their line play, I'm okay with rolling the dice on a Gary Kubiak running game.
