Open Game Day Q3 Thread: New England Patriots v. Houston Texans

At the start of the third quarter, the score is: Patriots 17, Texans 6. Share your thoughts live during the game with fellow fans right here on Battle Red Blog.

Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

The Patriots are getting pressure on Brian Hoyer, but even when they don't, he's off-target and hasn't been getting DeAndre Hopkins involved enough.  Houston is going to need more out of the offense.

The Texans also really need someone not named J.J. Watt to step up in the pass rush since he's being double and triple-teamed and has a broken hand.  You would think that on the same day that Khalil Mack tied the Raiders franchise record for sacks in a game with 5--formerly held by Howie Long--that Jadeveon Clowney would be fired up to do something tonight.

Let's hope the halftime adjustments make a difference for Houston to reverse things in the second-half.  GO TEXANS!
