Patriots-Texans Final Score: Texans Stun Patriots, Get Blown Out By Only Three Touchdowns

In a completely surprising turn of events, the New England Patriots couldn't even reach 30 points against the Houston Texans.

Final Score: Patriots 27, Texans 6

A complete team failure was on full display Sunday night. With everything to play for, with so much on the line and after overcoming so much adversity, you saw a professional football team embarrass itself on prime time football.

I speak, of course, of the New England Patriots beating the Houston Texans by only three touchdowns.

Bill Belichick could barely look Bill O'Brien in the eye as the two head coaches met in the middle of the field to shake hands after only mustering 313 yards against a Texans squad coached by many of his former staffers.

Embarrassingly, Belichick must face the media after watching his defense allow 104 team passing yards, sacking Brian Hoyer and T.J. Yates only five times for 54 yards lost.

If the Patriots want to make any noise in the playoffs, they'll have to find a way to improve on their dismal 35:14 to 24:46 time of possession advantage... not to mention pathetically holding the Texans to 3-14 on third down, with 7 total first downs.

Despite breaking a two-game losing streak while once again securing the top seed in the AFC, Belichick must go back to the drawing board and figure out how in the world his offensive line allowed J.J. Watt to amass a staggering three tackles, including one for a loss.

Discuss this critical victory for your boys in Battle Red, Texans fans. Man, this feels good.
