2015 College Football Playoff: Game Time, TV Schedule, and Draft Prospects!

Rejoice, college football fans. The day of reckoning has come.

Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

It all comes down to this. The blowouts, the upsets, and the controversial endings throughout this year’s college football season have all lead up to the main course – the College Football Playoff Semifinals. Today we finally get to see Oklahoma, Clemson, Michigan State, and Alabama take to the field to settle once and for all who gets to go to the National Championship Game. That isn’t all we get, though, as our local Houston Cougars get to spend three hours in the spotlight as well against a perennial Floridian powerhouse.

Here is the full TV schedule for all three games this New Year’s Eve:

(18) Houston vs (9) Florida State

Network: ESPN.

Time: 11:00 AM CT.

(4) Oklahoma vs (1) Clemson

Network: ESPN.

Time: 3:00 PM CT.

Announcers: Brad Nessler and Todd Blackledge.

(3) Michigan State vs (2) Alabama

Network: ESPN.

Time: 7:00 PM CT.

Announcers: Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit.

What (or who?) will you be watching tonight, BRB? Does Derrick Henry intrigue you as a potential running back of the future for the Texans?  Perhaps Connor Cook is the long-term answer at quarterback under Bill O’Brien? Every single playoff team is positively loaded with NFL Draft prospects, so you won’t have to look far to see some future first rounders out on those fields tonight. If it was up to me, Sterling Shepard would be a Texan as soon as humanly possible.

Consider this your open thread for all of today's games. Feel free to lose your mind and/or sob uncontrollably in the comments below.
