After trumpeting the notion that the Houston Texans would add an offensive tackle with their first pick of the 2015 NFL Draft, NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah now has the good guys going in a different direction at No. 16 in his latest mock. To wit:
16. Jalen Collins (CB--LSU)
Houston could look at an offensive tackle here, but instead looks to add more talent to the secondary.
According to this awesome spreadsheet that lists all the results from the 2015 NFL Combine, Collins measured in at 6'1", 203 lbs., and ran the 40 yard dash in 4.48 seconds. Perhaps some LSU and/or SEC fans can chime in with what they thought of Collins' play at the collegiate level and how he may project in the NFL.
Jeremiah has mocked Andrus Peat, T.J. Clemmings, and now Jalen Collins to the Texans at No. 16. Of those three, who would you currently most want the Texans to select in the first round?
