We already knew the Houston Texans had replaced Paul Dunn with Mike Devlin as the team's offensive line coach. We also knew Bill Kollar's decision to reunite with Gary Kubiak in Colorado meant Paul Pasqualoni was coming on board to handle the defensive line. We even heard talk of fellow Irishman Pat O'Hara joining the organization in some capacity, though the exact nature of O'Hara's new gig in Houston was not known. But what of Brian Bell and Anthony Pleasant, Texans fans? WHAT OF BRIAN BELL AND ANTHONY PLEASANT?
Relax. Your concerns have been addressed.
Thanks to the Texans officially announcing their coaching staff moves today, we now know that Anthony Pleasant is moving from "strength and conditioning assistant" to "defensive assistant" and that Brian Bell will replace Pleasant as a "strength and conditioning assistant."
Kindly update those homemade coaching staff rosters at your leisure, and take joy in the fact that O'Hara once played a QB in "The Waterboy."
