Inside linebacker Brian Cushing underwent surgery three times after the season to help him get ready for his seventh season with the Texans. Not only did Cushing undergo surgery to repair a broken right wrist, but he also had arthroscopic surgery on his left knee and left ankle. Cushing (6-3, 249 pounds), who started 14 games last season, has a cast on his right wrist and says he's on schedule for everything required to be ready for the offseason program. From a pain standpoint, there's really nothing going on there.
