Although the regular season schedule is far more important and remains unknown (though we do know who the Texans will be playing and where the regular season games will be played, we don't know when those games will take place), the NFL did announce the preseason schedule for all 32 teams this afternoon. For your Houston Texans, that means the following:
Week 1 (August 13-17, 2015): San Francisco 49ers at Houston Texans
Week 2 (August 20-24, 2015): Denver Broncos at Houston Texans
Week 3 (Sunday, August 30, 2015 at 3 p.m. CDT on FOX): Houston Texans at New Orleans Saints
Week 4 (September 3-4, 2015): Houston Texans at Dallas Cowboys
Note that the preseason game that's generally considered to be the closest thing to a dress rehearsal for the regular season, Week 3's tilt against the Saints in New Orleans, will be nationally televised on FOX at 3 p.m. CDT.
Other than that and Gary Kubiak returning to NRG Stadium as head coach of the Denver Broncos, does anything else jump out at you about the Texans' 2015 preseason schedule?
