Say this for Rick Smith and Bill O'Brien...they're not afraid to move. For the second time tonight, the Houston Texans have moved up in the draft, this time courtesy of former employee and current Jets GM Mike Maccagnan.
Trade details: #Texans receive pick No. 70 (3rd round) #Jets receive DeVier Posey, pick Nos. 82 (3rd), 152 (5th), 229 (7th)

Wow. DeVier Posey, a third round pick of the Texans himself in 2012 who never seemed to be able to gain Bill O'Brien's favor, is on his way to the Jets. In addition to Posey and their third round pick, moving up 12 spots in the third round also involved the Texans sending one of their two (2) fifth round picks to the Jets, plus the seventh round pick they acquired from the Browns in a separate trade earlier this evening.
