Two years ago, our friends at Houstonia Magazine tackled the age-old question of whether Houston or Dallas was the superior city, with some help from a wide-eyed kid from Wisconsin who had begun to make a bit of a name for himself after a breakout 2012 season. Now, Houstonia is addressing a much more pressing, controversial, and divisive issue: BBQ. And who better to feature in an issue devoted to that than the man who gave us this?

Vince Wilfork arrived in Houston a few months ago to the applause of Houston Texans fans. Since that time, he's ingratiated himself with his teammates and community. Indeed, if you're reading this, you're probably already a Vince Wilfork fan. But if you want to turn your appreciation for Wilfork up to 11, check out this interview with the Texans' planetoid nose tackle to hear him talk about (and see him eat) one of our city's greatest delicacies. Hearing Vince talk about his family and his desire to learn about great BBQ in Houston is a fine treat on a Friday morning.
