Houston Texans' 2015 Training Camp Schedule Released

Reporting dates for Houston Texans rookies and veterans to training camp have finally been released by the league office. Take a look at all of the days that you need to know (so far).

Troy Taormina-USA TODAY Sports

The NFL Communications department has at long last released the complete training camp schedules for all 32 NFL teams, including the formerly "to be determined" start dates for Houston Texans rookies and veterans later this summer. Without further ado, here are the dates you should start planning around.

Texans rookie report date: July 26th

Texans veteran report date: July 31st

Joint practices with Washington: August 6th-8th

Preseason opener vs San Francisco 49ers: August 15th

As noted in the release, the first official practice of training camp for each team is generally held the day after the veteran reporting date, which for Houston would be August 1st. Open practice dates for fans have not been released by the team itself as of yet, but as soon as that information becomes available we will of course update this post immediately.

Until then, feel free to go back to your daily regimen of pining for the season to start.
