If you are anything like me you are still in a supreme state of bliss from watching J.J. Watt training montages on HBO all night long. How about some nice dessert for that entree in the form of more LIVE practice updates on BRB!

If you missed last night’s epic season premiere of "Hard Knocks," I invite you to indulge in MDC’s minute by minute recap of Bill O’Brien’s scene-stealing charisma. Conversely, if you want to watch the episode yourself, it will be available on HBO GO starting today at 5:00 PM EST (4:00 PM CT).

As for what to do until then, however, we have ourselves another open practice session to follow with unhealthy levels of obsession.
