As we get closer to Sunday's game between the Texans and Panthers, we're getting a clearer picture of who will and won't be playing. Battle Red Blog has the latest injury news.

Monday brought us news that Xavier Su'a-Filo was likely to miss yet another game, meaning we could possibly get treated to another episode of "The Jeff Adams Experience" (a sequel no one was exactly clamoring for) at left guard in Carolina. Yesterday we learned that Duane Brown was "extremely unlikely" to suit up against the Panthers, but that Arian Foster had returned to practice. What will Friday bring?

Why, it's an updated injury report, complete with four (4) Texans already being deemed out for Sunday's game! The skinny:

QUESTIONABLE
Duane Brown

Hey, I'll take Duane Brown being "questionable" over "out" or "doubtful" any day of the week. Here's hoping he can take the field for Ryan Mallett's first start of the season.

One other thing to note from that injury report: Carolina's All-World linebacker, Luke Kuechly, is listed as doubtful as he recovers from a concussion he suffered last week. Here's wishing him a full and speedy recovery.
