Houston Texans Trade Khari Lee To Chicago Bears For 2017 6th Round Pick

This will be a very busy week across the NFL, as teams shuffle their rosters to have their 53-player teams locked in place by Saturday. The Houston Texans have reportedly traded TE Khari Lee to the Chicago Bears for a 2017 6th round pick.

Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

Lee did a fantastic impersonation of coach Bill O'Brien during the rookie talent show night captured on "Hard Knocks", forever making his mark in Houston Texans history.  He also flashed in several preseason games with athletic catches.  Ye ttoday we learned that Lee will be wearing a Bears uniform for the 2015 NFL season, and the Texans will have an extra 6th round draft pick in 2017.

From ROTOWORLD:

Lee was an All-American at D-2 Bowie State and signed with the Texans as an undrafted free agent. He didn't impress at his Pro Day, however, displaying subpar athleticism with a 5.05 forty and 9-foot-7 broad jump. Lee caught 5-of-6 preseason targets for 71 scoreless yards.  The Bears like him as an inline blocker. - John McClain on Twitter
