Countdown To Kickoff: Texans v. Buccaneers

Morning, people. Gather 'round with your bleach drink mixes and cyanide and arsenic recipes to await this afternoon's game against the Bucs. We're all friends here, hoping desperately for the Texans' first win of the 2015 season.

He's not happy with the team's execution, and neither are we.

If you're like me, you've been looking forward to this game since the schedule was released so that you could get a good look at what Jameis Winston has to offer. If you're like me, you're also alarmed by the pile of steaming sh!t that is the Texans' offense, worried about what our offensive line will look like, and eagerly awaiting RAC's defense to impose their will on another team.

This season hasn't started the way we hoped, but we get to see the Texans welcome the worst offense in the NFL (according to PFF)--yes, even worse than ours--and possibly muster their first win of the 2015 season. We know we'll be missing Arian Foster and Duane Brown, and we know Gerald McCoy is one of the best DTs in the NFL (and Lovie Smith recently said that he'd be rewarded with playing on offense if he amasses 15 sacks, so he's motivated to come after Ryan Mallett even more than usual).

Other than an inept run game, bizarre offensive play-calling, and blown coverage assignments, what are you expecting to see in today's game? This is your Countdown to Kickoff! Go Texans!
