This afternoon, Ben Roethlisberger will be leading the Pittsburgh Steelers into Mile High Stadium to take on Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos.
The Steelers got to this game by breaking the Bengals' hearts, but they lost Antonio Brown in that game, so Big Ben will be losing his best target. Mike Tomlin's men also lost Le'Veon Bell earlier this season, and they ruled out DeAngelo Williams earlier this week so there is a massive hole in their run game.
The Broncos benched Brock Osweiler in favor of Manning, and had last week off, allowing Peyton further time to heal, and also ensuring that Peyton has all of his offensive weapons. Wade Phillips' defense has been performing like we Texans fans know ti can, with Von Miller, DeMarcus Ware, Brandon Marshall, and Aqib Talib all contributing to their dominance this season.
Tomlin's men are down so many key pieces, and on the road that conventional wisdom says you have to pick the Donkeys to win the game. But Playoff Peyton is a real thing, and if Playoff Peyton rears his ugly head, this game may not be a shoo-in for Elway's boys.
