I wasn't particularly kind to Weaver during his playing career with the Texans, but that doesn't mean he won't be a fine coach. He's observed and handled some fairly salty defenses during his coaching stops with the Browns, Jets, and especially the Bills. Plus, he has J.J. Watt. That has to help a defensive line coach immeasurably.
