Open Game Day Thread: Houston Texans v. Jacksonville Jaguars (Part II)

By now, you're probably sick of reading about the various ways the Houston Texans can win the AFC South and earn the right to host a playoff game next weekend. Although the Texans don't technically have to beat the Jaguars today to finish the season atop the division, there's something to be said for finishing 9-7 with a 5-1 record in the AFC South instead of 8-8 with a 4-2 divisional record. Plus, there's the idea of building or maintaining momentum heading into the postseason; I realize some don't believe in the concept, though I'd have to respectfully disagree. Regardless, a win over the Jaguars and the Texans taking care of their own business is far preferable to needing the help of one of eight other teams to snag a playoff berth.
