Countdown To Kickoff: Texans-Titans

The friendly (?) folks from Methopotamia are heading to Houston. We're waiting for them in here. Talk Texans and Titans before the game starts on BRB.

This afternoon, the Houston Texans welcome the former team from Houston, now re-branded the Tennessee Titans, back to Houston. They bring with them one of our castoffs, one Andre Johnson, as well as some other folks willing to live in Tennessee in return for millions of dollars in their bank accounts.

We’ve gotten some good news (Brian Cushing looking good throughout the week in practice, Antonio Smith returning, Duane Brown almost being ready to return, OB snatching back play-calling duties), and some bad news this week (J.J. Watt will spend the rest of the season watching from his log cabin in the snows of Wisconsin, Jonathan Grimes cracked his fibula and being out for a bit, our offense is steaming dog poo, and our special teams play is even worse). But this is a new day, and we’re gonna tune in to watch the footie regardless.

This is our Countdown to Kickoff thread, where we post about food, superstitions, our Nana’s moonshine, and the like. Chill out here until the 1st quarter thread opens at 11:45. Inactives will post around 10:30.
