After every run or workout, I drink chocolate milk. I've come a long way from post-workout Chelada and post-workout Sierra Nevada cooldowns. Being an adult comes at you fast.

Now, I love the post-workout chocolate milk drink. I don't wish for the olden deviant days. It's filling. It's fat, protein-filled, and delicious. But entire goblets large enough to drown goblins of whole milk is monstrous. I don't know how Jim Harbaugh does it. But he does. And it works. Maybe him and J.J. Watt are onto something.
