Long, long ago (as in, “last Tuesday”), we posted about what the AFC playoff picture looked like. Since that time, things have changed a bit, and they could change again this evening, depending on what happens in Mexico City tonight between the Texans and Raiders. For now, here’s a link to the current playoff picture.

While the Texans’ projected seeding (third in the AFC) and opponent (Broncos) remains the same, the Raiders and Chiefs have switched places in the AFC pecking order, with the Raiders rising to the second seed in the conference and the Chiefs dropping to a wild card berth. Chiefs fans were going to be rooting for the Texans tonight anyway, but their loss to Tampa Bay yesterday likely makes them even more invested in the outcome of Monday Night Football.
