We have an NFC showdown tonight with two teams looking to turn things around for the final stretch of the regular season.
PACKERS (4-6)
Something is broken in Green Bay, and let’s hope they continue to struggle for at least another two games since the Houston Texans will be on the road against the Packers next weekend. Green Bay’s last three losses include: Indy 31-26, at Tennessee 47-25, and at Washington 42-24. Green Bay is third in the NFC North, behind the Lions (7-4) and Vikings (6-5), with Chicago (2-8) anchoring last place.
EAGLES (5-5)
Philadelphia started the season on a 3-0 hot streak that had everyone drooling over rookie quarterback Carson Wentz as the most likely recipient of the Offensive Rookie of the Year award. They now find themselves with an even record of 5-5 and ranked at the bottom of the NFC East behind the Cowboys (10-1), Giants (7-3), and Redskins (6-4-1). That’s quite a hill to climb with six games left in the regular season, and it all starts by taking out a vulnerable Packers team tonight.
