Yesterday, I asked you to grade Brock Osweiler's performance through the first eight (8) games of the 2016 season. This afternoon, we turn our attention to the Texans' head coach.
In his third year in charge of your Houston Texans, Bill O'Brien has his team at 5-3, leading the AFC South by one game over the Tennessee Titans. Houston's offense has struggled mightily throughout the first half of the season, to the point that O'Brien seized play-calling duties from offensive coordinator George Godsey before the team's fourth game of the year. Despite losing the services of the best player in the NFL, the Texans' defense has generally been stout under the guidance of Romeo Crennel. Special teams have been...an adventure under Larry Izzo; O'Brien, in his usual restrained fashion, expressed his disappointment with that unit last Sunday in the win over Detroit.
With those things in mind, how would you grade Bill O'Brien's performance over the first eight games of 2016? Cast your ballot in the poll and then explain your reasoning in the Comments below.
