Houston Texans Injury News: Jadeveon Clowney, Lamar Miller, More Texans Won’t Play Sunday

With Sunday’s game having no bearing on the Texans’ postseason hopes, the team will rest several key players against the Titans.

With the Texans having already clinched the fourth seed in the 2016 AFC Playoffs and Sunday’s game in Nashville having absolutely no effect on Houston’s playoff positioning, it’s no surprise that the team has decided to rest players who’ve been battling injuries the last few weeks.

Clowney, Miller, Simon, and Prosch may not be the only Texans held out of Sunday’s game for prophylactic reasons.

It’d be cool for the Texans to post their first double-digit win total since 2012. It’d be cooler if they somehow managed to win a playoff game. Rest everyone who you think could use the time to heal, OB.
