The Houston Texans already have an uphill battle against the high-powered passing attack from the Indianapolis Colts, but it just got even harder with cornerback Johnathan Joseph seemingly unlikely to play Sunday after he was diagnosed with two cracked ribs and a bruised lung following the game against Green Baby Packers.
An MRI showed Texans CB Johnathan Joseph has 2 cracked ribs and a bruised lung suffered in the 4th quarter at Green Bay.

Joseph, 32, has been one of the Texans’ most consistent performers throughout his time in Houston. He has missed just four of 97 career games with the Texans. The last game he missed was in 2013.
Through twelve games in 2016, Joseph has 43 tackles, nine passes defended, and a forced fumble.
The potential loss of J-Jo comes on the heels of struggles at the corner position that resulted in the Texans cutting Charles James and claiming Pittsburgh Steelers corner Al-Hajj Shabazz.
The Texans will face a Colts team fresh off a 41-10 thumping of the New York Jets that was due in large part to Andrew Luck’s excellence. Now Houston will likely have to do it without one of their starting corners.
