If you're here, I'll somewhat ascertain you survived April Fool's Day this year. With a 13-year old son and 9-year old daughter, I've come to dread April Fool's Day at this point in my life. It's not just dealing with their attempts to fool me, but it's going the entire day being all paranoid like an aluminum hat wearing idiot that really bothers me.
Lots going on sports-wise this weekend. The Final Four part of the NCAA Basketball Tournament starts tonight, and I think we can all agree we're Wildcats for the evening. Baseball's Opening Day is tomorrow, and it's something I wish I could give a crap about at this point of my life. When I couldn't watch the Astros in Austin because of all the Comcast and blackout BS, I, ummmm, stopped watching. Heck, I even used to write a baseball blog, and I just can't get excited about it anymore thanks to the worst Commissioner in the history of sports, Bud Selig. Oh well.
This is an open thread, so feel free to post about the tourney, opening day, the fabulous gift you're going to buy me, or whatever. Usual open thread and community guidelines are in effect, y'all, so please be kind to each other.
