The Houston Texans are closing in on the start of another season. Before they can do that, they have three more preseason games, starting with a matchup against the neighboring New Orleans Saints tonight.
There aren't any surprises for the Texans on the inactive list. Defensive end J.J. Watt and offensive tackle Duane Brown are still recovering from surgeries this offseason. Safety Lonnie Ballentine is still working to get back from a PCL/MCL tears from last season.

The Texans did get one player back, linebacker Brennan Scarlett. No word if he'll play in Saturday's game.
.@HoustonTexans OLB Brennan Scarlett passed his physical and is no longer on the Active/Non-Football Injury list.
