Video: Texans Linebacker John Simon Tips Ball To Himself For Pick-Six

The Texans linebacker makes an extremely athletic play to put six on the board for Houston.

Houston Texans four-year NFL veteran John Simon helped the Texans put six points on the board against the Cardinals, returning a pass he tipped himself 59 yards for a pick-six.

Simply calling it a pick-six wouldn't do it justice. Simon came with pressure on Carson Palmer. He was initially blocked by the Cardinals running back but was released as the running back went out to the flat for a short pass.

Simon continued to barrel his way toward Palmer. Palmer released the ball and Simon tipped the pass. Simon then caught the tipped ball and curved back up the field. He ran untouched for 59 yards for a touchdown.

Adding insult to injury, Devon Still lowered the boom on Palmer as he went to the ground, knocking Palmer's helmet off.

Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians was in disbelief as he talked to Palmer on the sideline.
