Monday Night Football Live: Los Angeles Rams at San Francisco 49ers

In the first MNF game of the night, the Steelers lead the Redskins 31-16 (at the time of this post). Now, we move into the second match-up of the evening, as the San Francisco 49ers host the Los Angeles Rams. The first regular season game for the Rams since their return to L.A. will feature rookie Jared Goff as the Rams’ third QB, despite the Rams having paid a hefty price to move up to first overall in this year’s draft. The 49ers will also be starting fresh, as they play their first game under new head coach Chip Kelly.

For the Texans, this game will hold little importance, as both teams resisw in the NFC West and won’t face Houston this season. But you won’t hear any complaints from me about having football back on Mondays!
