QB Br
Here in BRBlandia, we obsess over every.single.piece. of Texans news and we got some scary news this week.
We already know that Duane Brown (knee) and Brian Cushing (knee) are out for today’s game. Brown is recovering from an ACL injury, and Cushing injured his MCL during last week’s game. Christian Covington (groin) and Derek Newton (knee) also showed up on the injured list and did not take part in Friday’s practice. Jeff Allen (calf) and J.J. Watt (back) participated on a limited basis. Covington, Newton and Allen were all listed as questionable for today’s game. We also got some good news, with Jay Prosch (ankle) and John Simon (wrist) being listed as full participation.
The Chiefs have already ruled out Sam Barrington (hamstring), Laurent Duvernay-Tardif (ankle) and Parker Ehinger (concussion) for the matchup, while Jamaal Charles (knee) is doubtful for the game, despite participating in limited snaps during practice. Tamba Hali missed Friday’s practice altogether with a knee injury, but should be expected to be active. Spencer Ware (toe) was a full participant.
So for today’s game, we have the following players as inactive:
