Countdown To Kickoff: Texans-Chiefs

So this afternoon, our Texans welcome the Chiefs. The last time these two teams played, Brian Hoyer proved that he is dogsh.t as a quarterback and J.J. Watt finally acknowledged that he really is a human being, not a football-playing cyborg, and succumbed to his numerous injuries. This time, Brian Hoyer is a horrible memory and Watt is knocking the rust off, surrounded by other players who can help out.

This is where we should gather to discuss our pregame rituals (bust out your lucky football socks, y’all), announce our recipes for gameday (homemade grilled chicken burritos with quinoa and spinach, paired with a Moscato in this household), who you’ve got going in your fantasy matchups, or simple things like the overall awesomeness of Lamar Miller, Braxton Miller and/or Whitney Mercilus.
