Rather than give two quick posts on the snap counts from the Cardinals and Cowboy games, I thought it would be more helpful to wait and do up a combined snap count chart that'd give us a more complete look at the playing time for each player. In light of the cut down to 53 players cut today and tomorrow, this could act as a sort of guide from which we can deduce trends of who got cut and why they got cut. For those interested in seeing the game to game numbers, I will provide links at the bottom of the post to all four of the game books provided by the NFL; they include detailed stats and the snap counts (located on the 20th page of the PDF document).
*For the average snap percentage, it's the combined snap percentage numbers added together and divided by the number of games played.

For this next part, I've removed the starters in order to give a better idea of the players who are on the bubble and to see who has played the most and played the least
Highest Average Snap Percentage:
- K.J. Dillon 60%
- Oday Aboushi 74%
- Tony Bergstrom 66%
- Terrence Mitchell 61%
- Chad Slade 63%
Lowest Average Snap Percentage:
- Anthony Denham 10%
- Karim Barton 17%
- Alfred Blue 4%
- Jonathan Grimes 6%
- John Simon 16%
There's a lot to sort through in terms of what we might be able to tell from these numbers. In regards to the roster configuration, there are a few things which stand out:
- One of the Reshard Cliett, Max Bullough or Akeem Dent is probably not going to make the team.
- John Simon's all but secured one of the back OLB spots, but it'll be interesting to see if anyone besides Brennan Scarlett gets the other one.
- There's a very real chance that 6 is the number that the Texans go with for both WR and CB
- The safety position is nigh impossible to figure out at this moment. I'd like to think K.J. Dillon and Eddie Pleasant have good chances, but Corey Moore seems like the odd man out, considering Lonnie Ballentine and Kurtis Drummond are both to come back at some point
