One of the issues Texans fans have sometimes devoted considerable energy to is the topic of Jonathan Grimes' role in the offense. Some believe Grimes is a guy who doesn't have as big a role as he should. Instead of using Grimes as Houston's RB2, Bill O'Brien has frequently opted for Alfred Blue as the primary backup for Lamar Miller (and Arian Foster before him). Whichever side you're on, that debate can be shelved for the next month or so.

The Texans haven't yet made a roster move to account for Grimes' upcoming unavailability. Should this unfortunate development result in the Texans elevating Akeem Hunt from the practice squad? That doesn't necessarily mean the team would send Grimes to IR; it could feasibly create a roster spot by parting ways with another player. Your thoughts on whether that's something the Texans should consider?
