2016 Week 17 Infographic: Houston Texans vs. Tennessee Titans

The passing of 2016 could not come soon enough. It was a year of displeasure and death all around. For the Houston Texans, it was the year of Brock Osweiler a/k/a "The Year of the Sun Devil."

But a new dawn has risen. It is the year of the Panther. Tom Savage has taken over as the Texans' starting quarterback.

Savage goes under center for one more game before the Texans’ sixth playoff game overall. He will be the fourth different quarterback the Texans have started in a playoff game.

It isn’t time to dwell on the roster issues of the Texans.  It's a time to ring in the new year with a victory over the Titans. A victory today will tie the all-time series with the Titans at 15 wins apiece.

That's a nice feat for expansion franchise with just fifteen years of existence.
